La Lunare ships worldwide. Shipment will happen once or twice a week, so we can ship out in bulk to provide you with the lowest shipping costs.

Time frame

Above shipping times are TRANSIT times* and do not include local processing times. Shipment from La Lunare will happen once or twice a week.

Tracking

All packages will have tracked shipping. Please allow up to 3 days after your order shipment notifications
for tracking updates to appear.

VAT

Buyers in Europe will not have to pay VAT upon accepting their package. Buyers outside of Europe are responsible for VAT upon acceptance for shipping..

Combines Orders

Please include a checkout note with your previous order number for me to combine your orders, or email me at info@lalunare.com after placing your order with both order numbers in order to facilitate speedy processing.

Try to do this ASAP as I will not be able to combine orders after they've been shipped out.

Keep in mind that if want to combine an in-hand product, with a pre-order. It will not ship out till the pre-order product has arrived.

Shipping fees are non-refundable

Please make sure your address is correct before placing your order, I will not be responsible for incorrect addresses. I will not refund shipping fees on returns initiated by the customer.

If you received the wrong product, and you decide you want to return the package. I will refund you the shipping costs, and exchange or refund the product for you.

In the event that a package is lost, replacements are sent as case-by-case basis.

Deutsche Post says transit times are 5 - 12 working days. Often it does arrive in this time window. However, I have seen it taking up to 4 weeks with a couple of packages.

Transit times apply under normal circumstances. There may be delays due to the coronavirus. Keep in mind that a shipment can sometimes take a few weeks longer in transit. *Australia & New Zealand: 12 - 42 working days (due to the coronavirus, shipments to these countries may be transported by boat through part of the route, so transit time can be up to 42 days)
