Fantasy pins are handmade, and hard enamel is individually filled by hand. Therefore pins might have some flaws.
This can include: Missing Enamel, low filled enamel, scratches and chips on the enamel or metal, pin pricks, imperfect screen printing.
The Pin Grading System was created to address the quality of pins. I grade pins based on the entire batch.
When buying a pre-order you’re paying for the pin to go into production. Which means I don’t have the product in stock yet. The funds are used to pay the manufacturer. Therefore, I won’t be able to refund your pre-order.
Production times can take up to 3-4 months. Make sure you’re okay with that upon placing your order.

La Lunare ships worldwide. Shipment will happen once or twice a week, so we can ship out in bulk to provide you with the lowest shipping costs.
Buyers in Europe will not have to pay VAT upon accepting their package. Buyers outside of Europe are responsible for VAT upon acceptance for shipping.
